On January 2, 2026, Black Sesame Technologies Inc. announced the completion of its strategic acquisition of a controlling stake in E-Smart Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. Following the transaction, Black Sesame Technologies will indirectly hold 60% of the equity in E-Smart Electronics.
