Black Sesame Technologies and Yizhi Electronics reach performance target commitment

Yizhi Electronics' core team has pledged to achieve a cumulative revenue of no less than RMB 1.2 billion (including tax) and a net profit of no less than RMB 90 million for three consecutive years starting in 2026. Corresponding incentive and constraint mechanisms have been established to ensure the effective implementation of strategic synergy and business growth between the two parties.
