CATL accelerates the deployment of battery swapping stations

CATL built 1,325 battery swapping stations in 2022, including two brands: Chocolate Battery Swapping and Qiji Battery Swapping. Chocolate Battery Swapping has established strategic partnerships with companies such as Sinopec and State Grid, and plans to build over 3,000 battery swapping stations in more than 140 cities by 2026. Qiji Battery Swapping focuses on the integration of the heavy-duty truck industry chain, cooperating with vehicle manufacturers such as FAW Jiefang and Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck to launch more than 30 standardized battery swapping models, and plans to build a total of 900 battery swapping stations by 2026.
