Sun Yan believes that future cars will be mobile intelligent terminals, thus driving the company to accelerate its transformation. In 2021, the company acquired Shanghai Yirui, entering the intelligent cockpit market; in 2024, it acquired the China business of Aichi, strengthening its product portfolio; and in 2025, it launched a 2.921 billion yuan private placement, focusing on investing in core technologies of intelligent chassis such as brake-by-wire.
