Sunny Optical recently announced plans to spin off its automotive optics business for a separate listing to drive rapid development in the field. The spun-off business will be independently operated by Ningbo Sunny Intelligent Mobility Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on high-end optical components such as automotive lenses and modules. The spin-off plan has been submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is currently under review. After the spin-off, Sunny Intelligent Mobility will remain a subsidiary of Sunny Optical, and its financial results will be included in Sunny Optical's consolidated financial statements.
