Wanji Technology's 92GHz millimeter-wave radar receives type approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, leading the application of new frequency bands in intelligent transportation.

Wanji Technology recently announced that its 92GHz high-frequency, high-performance roadside millimeter-wave radar, the WRR-9460, has received type approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). This radar excels in long-range detection and lane-level high-precision tracking, making it suitable for intelligent transportation roadside scenarios. According to MIIT regulations, starting in 2026, the operating frequency of land traffic radar will be adjusted to 92-94GHz. Wanji Technology has proactively planned ahead, ensuring its products meet the new frequency band requirements through technological innovation and product design, thus supporting the comprehensive application and large-scale deployment of intelligent transportation systems.
