Wingtech Technology and Luxshare Precision have a dispute over the transaction of its Indian business asset package.

Wingtech Technology issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary, Wingtech India, and Luxshare Telecom's subsidiary, Luxshare Link, have a dispute regarding the transaction of its Indian business asset package. The dispute has been submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Wingtech Technology stated that the relevant business asset package of Wingtech India has been transferred, with only the Indian land requiring the counterparty's cooperation in completing the asset ownership transfer procedures. However, the two parties have a dispute over the performance of the Indian asset package agreement, and Wingtech Technology has repeatedly urged Luxshare Link to pay the remaining transaction consideration of approximately RMB 160 million, which Luxshare Link has yet to make.
