Delco's acquisition of Aizhuo Technology drives transformation in the interior design industry.

In December 2025, Delco completed the full acquisition of Aizhuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This acquisition not only expanded its scale but also represented a significant step in Delco's global strategic layout. Through the acquisition, Delco gained access to Aizhuo Technology's core technologies in the field of high-end automotive interior components, including a full stack of self-developed processes such as in-mold embedding, in-mold transfer printing, and 3D vacuum surface forming.
