Sunrise, an AI inference GPU chip company, announced that it has completed a financing round of nearly 3 billion yuan within a year. Investors include industry investors such as Sany Group, Paradigm Intelligence, and Hangzhou Data Group, as well as well-known VC/PE institutions such as IDG Capital, Gaorong Capital, and Wuji Capital. The funds will be used for the research and development of next-generation inference GPUs, large-scale mass production, and ecosystem building. Sunrise was formerly the GPU R&D team under SenseTime and is now operating independently.
