The 10 millionth EA888 engine rolled off the production line at FAW-Volkswagen's Dalian plant.

Recently, FAW-Volkswagen announced the successful production of its 10 millionth EA888 engine at its Dalian production base, marking a significant breakthrough for the company in core powertrain manufacturing. Since the Dalian base began production in 2007, the EA888 engine has undergone five technological iterations, boasting efficient power output, excellent fuel economy, and outstanding reliability. The latest fifth-generation EA888 engine incorporates several advanced technologies, such as Porsche-derived VTG variable geometry turbocharger technology, further enhancing power performance and fuel economy.
