SpaceX acquires xAI to build space-based data center

SpaceX has announced its acquisition of xAI, valuing the company at $1.25 trillion. This acquisition aims to build space-based data centers, utilizing the stable solar energy and efficient cooling environment of space. SpaceX already has a stable cash flow, with revenue projected at $15-16 billion by 2025, of which Starlink contributes over 65%.
