Star Semiconductor and Changan Automobile jointly establish a factory

Star Semiconductor and DeepBlue Auto, a subsidiary of Changan Automobile, have jointly invested 400 million yuan to build a production base for automotive-grade modules in Chongqing. This base will focus on the research and development and production of automotive-grade silicon carbide modules and IGBT modules, and is scheduled to begin small-batch production in June 2025.
