Zhiyang Innovation plans to acquire Lingming Photonics

Zhiyang Innovation, a company specializing in artificial intelligence algorithms and big data analytics, announced its plan to acquire a controlling stake in Shenzhen Lingming Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. through a combination of stock issuance, private placement of convertible bonds, and cash payment. Lingming Photonics is a high-quality provider of dToF sensor chips and system solutions, whose products are widely used in automotive LiDAR, smart cockpit sensing systems, smartphones, XR headsets, and various robots, among other 3D sensor terminals and applications. This acquisition aims to strengthen Zhiyang Innovation's competitiveness in the field of artificial intelligence and further expand its applications in industries such as water conservancy and natural resources.
