AMD recently launched its second-generation Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA family, supporting next-generation intelligent high-performance systems in medical, industrial, test and measurement, and broadcast systems. This new FPGA features high bandwidth, real-time performance, and extensive connectivity, while integrating advanced security features and ensuring availability until at least 2045. Key features include high memory bandwidth, high-speed I/O, PCIe Gen4 support, and LPDDR4X/5/5X controllers, designed to meet the needs of data-intensive workloads.
