XPeng Motors merges two major intelligent technology departments

XPeng Motors recently merged its Autonomous Driving Center and Smart Cockpit Center into a General Intelligence Center, led by Liu Xianming, the former head of Autonomous Driving, who will report directly to He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPeng Motors. This adjustment aims to allow XPeng Motors to focus more on its foundational models, providing support for its three major business segments: Autonomous Driving, Embedded Intelligence, and Smart Cockpit.
