BMW launches Europe's first pilot project for mass production of humanoid robots

BMW Group has launched Europe's first pilot project for mass production of humanoid robots at its Leipzig plant in Germany. The project will utilize humanoid robots from the Swiss company Hexagon Robotics for the serialized production processes of complete vehicles, high-voltage batteries, and components.
