Volkswagen plans to launch a new electric vehicle platform.

The Volkswagen Group announced that it will launch a new electric vehicle platform, MEB+, in 2027, which will support longer driving range and faster charging speeds. The first model built on the MEB+ platform is expected to be available in 2028.
