CATL subsidiary Times Xin'an and Wuzheng Group's UFO Automotive have reached a strategic cooperation agreement.

Recently, Times Xin'an and Feidie Auto signed a strategic cooperation agreement to conduct in-depth cooperation in chassis technology, product development, and market promotion, with a focus on the joint research and development of plug-in range-extended hybrid commercial vehicles. This cooperation adopts a collaborative model of "joint development, joint testing, and shared results." The two parties will form a joint team focusing on key technologies such as powertrain optimization and energy management. Based on Times Xin'an's new-generation dedicated chassis platform and combined with Feidie Auto's vehicle integration and assembly capabilities, they will develop new energy commercial vehicle products suitable for urban distribution, regional logistics, and other scenarios.
