The M97 chip, jointly developed by NIO's Shenji and Aichip Yuanzhi, has successfully completed tape-out and is currently in active discussions with automakers such as Leapmotor and Geely. This chip boasts a computing power exceeding 700 TOPS, with performance comparable to Horizon Robotics' Journey J6P.
