Visteon and NVIDIA join forces to create a smart car edge-cloud converged AI platform

Visteon (NASDAQ: VC) has partnered with NVIDIA to develop an edge-cloud converged AI platform for software-defined vehicles. This platform supports dynamic allocation of AI computing power between in-vehicle hardware and cloud infrastructure, optimizing response speed, data privacy, and network connectivity performance. Based on NVIDIA's DRIVE AGX Orin chip and DriveOS system, the platform integrates the TensorRT-Edge-LLM development kit, supporting real-time inference, model iteration, and large-scale software deployment. Visteon will provide a fully integrated solution, including AI model training, optimization, and automotive-grade AIOS software, to support the mass production operation and management of AI functions.
