Recently, the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR ​​Market) Listing Committee formally accepted the IPO application of Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. Unitree Robotics is a world-renowned company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of high-performance general-purpose humanoid robots and quadruped robots. Its products enjoy high recognition globally, especially in overseas markets. From 2022 to 2024, the company's main business revenue grew rapidly, reaching RMB 1,154.9495 million in the first nine months of 2025. Unitree Robotics plans to raise RMB 4.202 billion through this IPO, which will be used for projects such as intelligent robot R&D and manufacturing base construction.
