Bosch and Tata Automotive Systems Ltd. establish joint venture in India

Bosch India Ltd, a leading global technology and services supplier, and Tata AutoComp Systems Limited (TACO), a leading Indian automotive parts group, jointly announced that their boards of directors have approved the formation of a joint venture focused on electric vehicle powertrains. The new company is expected to commence operations in mid-2026, with its core business focusing on the development, manufacturing, and sales of electric drive axle systems (eAxle) and electric motors for the Indian market.
