GigaDevice released its 2025 financial report, showing outstanding performance in its storage business.

GigaDevice achieved revenue of RMB 9.203 billion in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 25.12%. Revenue from its memory chip business increased by 26.41% year-on-year to RMB 6.656 billion, accounting for over 70% of total revenue. The company's NOR Flash, SLC NAND Flash, and niche DRAM product lines all achieved growth. In particular, its niche DRAM products achieved significant market share in the television and industrial sectors.
