Artificial intelligence startup Anthropic partners with Google and Broadcom to expand business

Artificial intelligence startup Anthropic recently announced a partnership with Google and Broadcom to expand its business. Anthropic will utilize TPUs (Tensor Processing Units) to power its rapidly growing operations. Under the new agreement, Anthropic will receive several gigabytes (GW) of next-generation TPU computing power, expected to be rolled out starting in 2027. This collaboration will power Anthropic's Claude model and help meet the needs of its global customers. The majority of the new computing power will be deployed in the United States, a significant extension of Anthropic's commitment to invest $50 billion to strengthen U.S. computing infrastructure, announced in November 2025.
