Samsung's 8-inch gallium nitride (GaN) production line is reportedly ready and is expected to begin mass production in the second quarter of 2026. While Samsung had planned to achieve mass production by 2025, this appears to be behind schedule. Initial revenue is projected to be less than 100 billion won.
