Boston Dynamics plans to begin mass production of the Atlas in 2028, with an annual capacity of 30,000 units. The Atlas will be tested at the HMGMA plant first, and large-scale factory deployment will begin in 2028, undertaking 16 key processes such as parts sorting and sequential processes; in 2029, it will be expanded to Kia's AutoLand plant in Georgia; and in 2030, it will further extend to parts assembly.
