On April 21, 2026, CATL held the "Extreme Domain Rendezvous" Super Technology Day in Beijing, launching four new battery products at once: the third-generation Shenxing battery, the third-generation Kirin battery, the second-generation Xiaoyao battery, and the Naxin battery. Among them, the third-generation Shenxing battery achieves 15C super-fast charging, charging from 10% to 98% SOC in just 6 minutes and 27 seconds, breaking the global record for fast charging of mass-produced batteries; the third-generation Kirin battery has an energy density of 350Wh/kg, enabling vehicles equipped with it to achieve a range of over 1500 kilometers.
