Yixing Intelligent Technology completes RMB 1.5 billion Series B financing to drive development in the RISC-V field.

On April 22, 2026, Yixing Intelligent Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. officially announced the completion of a RMB 1.5 billion Series B financing round, becoming the largest single financing in the RISC-V field. This round was jointly led by four institutions: Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area Industrial Upgrading Fund, Beijing High-Precision and Cutting-Edge Industry Development Investment Fund, Beijing Information Industry Development Investment Fund, and Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund. Founded in January 2022 and headquartered in Nansha, Guangzhou, Yixing Intelligent focuses on full-stack self-developed RISC-V AI computing chips and computing platform solutions.
