Geely Automobile completes full acquisition of three companies, including Radar Automobile.

Geely Automobile recently completed the acquisition of Radar Automobile (Shandong), Radar Automobile Sales, and Radar Thailand for RMB 218 million. This marks Radar Automobile as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Automobile, and its performance will be included in Geely's financial statements. The acquisition aims to integrate internal resources, optimize the research and development and production of new energy pickup trucks, and expand domestic and international markets.
