On September 23, 2021, Hesai Technology and Mainline Technology reached a strategic cooperation to jointly promote the research and development and mass production of autonomous driving truck technology and accelerate its application in the field of intelligent logistics. The two parties will combine Hesai's lidar sensors with Mainline Technology's L4 commercial vehicle autonomous driving system to jointly create a mass-produced L4 autonomous driving truck that meets vehicle regulations. In addition, the two parties will jointly develop the market and explore the application of commercial scenarios such as smart ports and trunk logistics autonomous driving.
