Hesai Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Center Project Grandly Lays Ground

On May 28, 2021, Hesai Technology held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Intelligent Manufacturing Center project. The center is designed to meet the growing demand for production capacity and comprehensively enhance manufacturing capabilities. The Intelligent Manufacturing Center is located in the core area of ​​the northern area of ​​Jiading Industrial Zone, covering an area of ​​approximately 40 acres and a total construction area of ​​69,300 square meters. It is expected to be fully operational by 2022. The new Hesai Intelligent Manufacturing Center will focus on the research and development, production and automotive testing of LiDAR, using advanced automation and flexible production lines to achieve flexible production capacity and meet the diverse needs of customers. The project has received strong support from the Shanghai and Jiading District governments.
