Kodiak Robotics and Hesai Technology Collaborate to Integrate LiDAR into Self-Driving Trucks

Kodiak Robotics has partnered with Hesai Technology to integrate Hesai's 360-degree mechanical rotating LiDAR into its self-driving trucks. This rearview mirror-sensor integration solution is patent pending. Hesai Technology's LiDAR has an ultra-long detection range and will enhance the side and rear vision perception capabilities of Kodiak's self-driving trucks, thereby improving safety. Kodiak has mastered L4 truck transportation self-driving technology and chose Hesai's products because they can stably output data in complex environments.
