OmniVision Group recently released a new 2-megapixel image sensor, OS02N, designed for security surveillance cameras. The sensor uses an advanced 2.5-micron FSI process and has a DPC function, which can improve sensitivity, performance and reliability while maintaining cost-effectiveness. OS02N is suitable for various types of IP cameras and high-definition analog security cameras, including professional security monitoring and outdoor home security monitoring. In addition, it also supports AO mode to further reduce power consumption.
