OmniVision launches its first high-performance, high-capacity MCU product

OmniVision Group recently released its first 32-bit MCU product, the WS49T31xQ series, which uses the ARM architecture and features high performance and large capacity, and is suitable for wearable devices, smart homes, consumer electronics and other fields. This series of products is based on the Arm Cortex-M3 core, with a main frequency of up to 120MHz, providing 1MB Flash storage space and 96KB SRAM. The power consumption design is optimized, and the power consumption in Standby mode is less than 1.5μA, which is suitable for battery-powered devices. In addition, the product also has a miniaturized package, which is nearly 70% smaller than the traditional package.
