Luowei Technology Co., Ltd. released the world's most integrated silicon photonics FMCW lidar chip in 2021, and realized multi-channel parallel silicon photonics FMCW lidar chip in 2022. Its F series silicon photonics FMCW 4D lidar will be launched this year.
