Luowei Technology releases a new generation of FMCW SoC and OPA optical engine

Luowei Technology demonstrated its second-generation OPA optical engine and FMCW optical engine solutions at the 2021 CIOE exhibition. These modular, fully functional optical engines are easy to apply to various LiDAR products. The second-generation OPA optical scanning module has a 120-degree field of view and an angular resolution of 0.1 degrees. The second-generation FMCW SoC chip has 128 channels and is highly integrated, which can achieve functions at thousands of times the size and cost required by traditional optical systems.
