ams OSRAM launches global Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) service

ams OSRAM announced that it will provide a full range of foundry services to new and existing customers worldwide. This service allows chip design companies to share wafer manufacturing, reduce costs and accelerate IC prototyping. The company offers 180nm and 0.35μm processes for automotive and industrial applications.
