ams OSRAM new product launch

ams OSRAM has launched a cost-effective 75W edge-emitting laser SPL PL90AT03, which is suitable for long-distance ranging applications such as automotive autonomous driving and intelligent transportation systems. This laser has high peak output power and a small aperture for easy optical integration. It uses advanced chip technology and multi-junction technology to generate 75W optical peak output power with 30ns pulses when the maximum forward current reaches 25A.
