ams OSRAM launches new 110µm small aperture EEL

The new compact surface mount laser SPL S1L90H_3 from ams OSRAM has a small aperture of 110µm and is designed for long-range LiDAR and industrial ranging applications. This 905nm infrared technology laser is optimized for short-pulse LiDAR applications such as drones, robots, and building and factory automation equipment. Its single-channel design, combined with multi-junction technology, can achieve a peak output power of up to 65W, simplifying optical integration and improving performance.
