ams, OSRAM and Aixtron collaborate to promote Micro LED mass production

ams Osram and AIXTRON have jointly announced that AIXTRON’s 200mm wafer AIXTRON G5+ C and G10-AsP MOCVD systems have been certified by ams Osram to meet the needs of Micro LED applications. This collaboration will pave the way for the development of next-generation high-resolution Micro LED displays and help achieve mass production of Micro LEDs.
