ams OSRAM launches high-power UV-C LED with high efficiency and sterilization

ams OSRAM has launched the new OSLON® UV 6060 high-power UV-C LED, which has a market-leading electro-optical conversion efficiency of 5.7% on average. A single chip source can reach 100 milliwatts of light output, suitable for a variety of sterilization applications.
