ams Osram sells digital lighting systems European and Asian business to Inventronics

AMS Osram (AMS) announced the sale of its digital lighting systems business in Europe and Asia to global LED driver power supplier Inventronics. The move is intended to allow AMS Osram to focus more on high-tech semiconductor business, as well as automotive, entertainment and industrial lighting business. Inventronics will expand its regional and business portfolio through this acquisition.
