China's first FLASH laser radar array SPAD chip debuts at the Optical Expo

At the 24th China International Optoelectronics Exposition, Fushi Technology showcased its innovative FLASH laser radar array SPAD chip - FL6031. This chip uses advanced Stacked-BSI technology and digital nodes, and integrates multiple functional modules, such as laser drive control, temperature detection and TDC array. This simplifies the originally complex laser radar receiving module circuit into a chip and achieves multiple performance leadership.
