All-solid-state LiDAR array SPAD chip FL6031 leads the industry development

Fushi Technology has released the first domestic all-solid-state laser radar array SPAD chip FL6031. This chip has a resolution of more than 50K, a point frequency processing capability of 2000K pts/s, and a full-range high-precision point cloud output. In addition, it also has excellent anti-interference ability and flexible echo recognition configuration. At present, Suzhou Guangzhiju and Wuhan Wanji have completed the development of all-solid-state laser radar demo based on FL6031.
