Chery and Pioneer Industrial Investment make strategic investment in Fushi Technology

Ruicheng Fund and Pioneer Industrial Investment (Suzhou Intelligent Internet of Vehicles Fund) under Chery Group have made a strategic investment in Shenzhen Fushi Technology Co., Ltd., with a post-investment valuation of about 3.2 billion. Fushi Technology focuses on the research and development of automotive-grade LiDAR receiver chips and has previously received support from industrial investors such as BAIC Capital, Huiyou Capital and Shenzhen Zhongjin Investment. The company has successfully mass-produced dToF ranging chips and single-line LiDAR SPAD chips, and is developing a number of new LiDAR chips.
