Lingming Photonics won the annual automotive chip technology breakthrough award. Its linear array silicon photomultiplier tube SiPM product shipments exceeded one million, reaching the KK level, meeting the AEC-Q102 automotive standard. In addition, the company released the pure solid-state SPADIS automotive laser radar chip ADS6311, which has a pixel resolution 4.5 times higher than similar products, achieving comprehensive leadership of Chinese technology in automotive cores. ADS6311 has entered the small-batch trial production stage and is expected to achieve breakthroughs in the fields of automobiles and drones next year.
