Core Vision releases global shutter BSI SPAD chip

Core Vision has launched the BSI SPAD chip VA6320 with global shutter function, which adopts an advanced 3D stacked structure to effectively reduce the chip area and improve performance. This chip has ultra-low power consumption, only 60mW, and its detection efficiency is nearly 7 times higher than traditional FSI technology. In addition, VA6320 also optimizes light time-of-flight detection performance, achieves real-time time-of-flight recording, and significantly reduces the impact of ambient light.
