Accelink Technologies achieves 208km ultra-long-distance distributed optical fiber sensing

At the recent OFC 2023 conference, Accelink Technologies demonstrated its latest research results in the field of distributed optical fiber sensing, achieving a single-ended sensing distance of 208km, setting a new industry record. This achievement is based on the BOTDR+φOTDR fusion technology, which can achieve real-time sensing of vibration, stress, temperature and attenuation in four dimensions on a single optical fiber.
