Lattice Semiconductor Acquires Mirametrix

Lattice Semiconductor announced that it has acquired Mirametrix, an artificial intelligence software company focused on computer vision applications, for cash. The acquisition boosted Lattice's earnings per share. Mirametrix's software has been deployed in more than 20 million end-user systems worldwide. Combined with Lattice's innovative hardware and software solutions, the two parties will jointly create end-to-end AI and machine vision solutions.
