Suzhou Guoxin Technology has developed a new generation of automotive electronic MCU products CCFC3007PT, which has passed internal testing. This product is based on the independent PowerPC architecture C*Core CPU core and is suitable for automotive electronic powertrain, chassis controller and other fields. It adopts 40nm eFlash process, has high reliability and high security, and can cope with harsh usage scenarios. Samples have been sent to customers, and module development and testing have been carried out.
